How is it that I have never been on this trail before?? Every turn was something even more beautiful, and I fell in love with Marin even MORE today! I have to say, I was thinking this would be an amazing site to take couples for engagement shots...... any takers?? :)

Special Slab

The Marin Headlands is a very special place for me. There is a slab there. I call it the "special slab". To me, it is magical, and the hike there has so much to offer as well... Here are just a few of the glimpses of peace that I found on my last time out.

The Loggins Family

I had the opportunity to spend a few hours Saturday morning with a wonderful family...Natalie, Dick, and their twins Max and Conner...oh, and a gorgeous dog named Riley! They were great sports, tramping around Golden Gate Park and Ocean Beach. The day was perfectly sunny and warm, which made it hard to stop the shoot because we were having too much fun playing in the waves.

Stormy Bay

With all this rain, I was feeling a little cooped up...and then I remembered, that with all this rain, comes all these beautiful textures in the sky....

I think Ginger has got a lot of spice already!! Guess she really wanted her privacy...

Nancy.....What a radiant soul! Nancy got married, bought a house, and had a baby, all within the same year! And she still manages to look absolutely gorgeous in the process... I drove out to visit Nance & her new additon, Ginger last week, and these are just a few of the moments that got captured on my Canon... The best one I am saving for last... I will make a separate post with that one!

Two of my newest favorite people in San Francisco, Nelle & Jim. Nelle, with her amazing cooking abilities, throws dinner parties faster than Bush can duck a flying shoe. I am grateful for these new friendships, and look forward to many more gatherings together.

I got inspired to play around with some orchids today...let me know what you think :)

Christmas Boys
